Return Line Filter

The return line filter is installed on the return line of the reservoir tank just before the reservoir tank to prevent contaminants from entering the tank.

Return line filters are designed to filter oil that is returning to the reservoir under low pressure, therefore, ensuring the oil that enters the reservoir is already cleaned to the required ISO4406 contamination level.

There are three main categories of return line filters – Tank top mounted, spin-on and in-line mounted filters.

Models available:

TRA

The TRA is installed on the return line of the reservoir tank just before the reservoir tank to prevent contaminants from entering the tank.

By using CFD(fluid numerical analysis), achieved low pressure drop and large flow rate.
Installed directly on top of a tank.

TRF-A

The TRF-A is installed on the return line of the reservoir tank just before the reservoir tank to prevent contaminants from entering the tank.

Newly added set element for high flow type.
Pressure gage or pressure switch is available in additional option.

TLA

The TLA is installed on the return line of the reservoir tank just before the reservoir tank to prevent contaminants from entering the tank.

Installed on return-line piping.
Newly added set element for high flow type.

TLF

The TLF is installed on the return line of the reservoir tank just before the reservoir tank to prevent contaminants from entering the tank.

TRF

The TR is installed on the return line of the reservoir tank just before the reservoir tank to prevent contaminants from entering the tank.

Installed directly on the tank surface and able to be set for IN side piping only.
